Cactus Restaurants is a chain of Tex-Mex restaurants in the Seattle area. They approached us knowing they needed to start utilizing their social media channels.
In 2015, Cactus Restaurants was not a new business. Their original location had been open for 25 years. But they’d recently added their 5th location, as well as opened up another restaurant and bar named Tavern Hall. They realized they couldn’t let social media be an afterthought.
Mastodon’s team went in and cleaned up their social media, getting Facebook pages deleted that didn’t even belong to Cactus. Next we created a strategy to maximize content among all 5 locations. We also manage engagement for their thousands of customers that regularly check-in on Facebook and Instagram.
Get the same help they did.
