Together We Build Dreams
”Every great dream begins with a dreamer. Always remember, you have within you the strength, the patience, and the passion to reach for the stars to change the world.
Harriet Tubman
You can't be good at everything
So, we have a team of highly specialized humans to help you.

As Founder of Mastodon Media, I am laying the building blocks of a full-service advertising agency that is truly one-of-a-kind. We help sell products and services for clients and mastermind their brand presence in the marketplace. We also help them grow their business by nurturing talents within their team through a system of Business Discipleship.
Now, what is Business Discipleship, you may ask?
I define this concept as co-creation of a professional journey where profit is not the goal. It is a desirable by-product of an even bigger quest of building relationships via support, advice and education, so that every team member has the opportunity to hone their special skills and become the best at what they do. Business Discipleship places desire for relationships over desire for paychecks – and when companies humanize and personalize intra-office relations in this way, loyalty is long-term, and success is almost a guarantee.
Business Discipleship is a system that mirrors my own personal development through a frank and friendly relationship with God. And it is not something that will resonate with everybody. But its core lessons are universal nonetheless, and appropriate for any business that aspires to a human workforce that is inspired, invested and excited for the future.

Jerry has helped numerous brands grow, and has been invited to speak at several conferences. He’s our strategy guy. He’s the one that will dial in all the channels you’ll be dominating.

Along with Bob and their good friend “Downtown” Joe Bryant, Bob, Spike and Joe enjoyed a quarter century of sharing their lives with, and bringing a smile to the people of the NW. Spike is also the front man of Spike and the Impalers, the Classic rock band that has entertained tens of thousands of people for nearly two decades.
But it hasn’t been just the audience that has benefitted from Spike’s time in the NW. Working in Seattle radio has provided the opportunity to work with a variety of advertisers, from endorsements to creating marketing campaigns for literally hundreds of businesses in everything from the automotive industry, to financial services, and many more. This first hand experience gives Spike a unique perspective and the skills to provide unequaled service to our clients.

She'd point out hidden elements in them to her parents, correcting their mistakes, and challenging their messages. Everyone called her 'The Critic' because she couldn’t look at a media ad without wanting to deconstruct it.
However, the thought of a career in media did not strike her then as she has always gravitated toward music.
She grew up on a very liberal and artsy island in Washington called Vashon Island. But it was a small town, and once she graduated in 2011, she wanted to do what most small-town youngsters want to do: get the hell out of dodge.
She was accepted at Central Washington University (CWU) in Ellensburg, WA, and couldn't wait to experience life in a slightly bigger small town.
During her first few years at CWU, Randi tried on many different proverbial shoes, but none of them quite fit. She went from taking writing and photography classes to joining the school newspaper. She even tried taking a challenging course on alcohol production. But nothing was calling her name…
Then she joined CWU’s magazine, The Pulse. Her Editor at the time was working on her degree in Public Relations, and that peaked Randi’s curiosity.
“Public Relations? What is that? Relating to the Public? I do that every day,” she thought. To her surprise, it was much more than that. It was just the right mixture of writing, creative thinking, and teamwork that she was looking for.
In 2015, she graduated from CWU with her B.A. in Public Relations and Communications.
And with that glorious (and expensive) piece of paper as her weapon, she took to the great city of Seattle to find her career. In November of 2017, she joined the focused Marketing Group at Mastodon Media as their Community Manager.
During her time with Mastodon she’s helped produce fresh quality content for our clients, manage social media, and handle reputation management. This opportunity has continued her growth as a creative thinker, adverse writer, and overall world questioner.

She has been working in digital content marketing for over 10 years now with a relentless curiosity about what drives and motivates people when they’re interacting in the online space.
When she’s not working, Nita spends her time researching human behaviors, brain plasticity and pathways to transformation and happiness by rebooting the subconscious mind. And traveling to more than 70 countries in the world to touch and taste cultures, eat great food, and expand her life experience.

Candy has worked in television, radio, marketing and podcasting and her vast background is an unbeatable asset for our clients.
